I dont get this... A lot of people are posting this nasty, mean, holier-than-thou message below. That is NOT the spirit of Christmas. So why cant people be open to allowing OTHERS to celebrate THEIR customs and traditions in peace? I thought Christmas was partly about peace and love, --something about a prince of peace- Its turned into ugly greedy commercialism and a hating others holiday. Im disappointed in so-called christians. Dont they realize most of their Christmas traditions were stolen from other religions/cultures? The tree, yule log, mistletoe, holly, candle-lighting, singing, and much more. Dont Christians realize how offensive it is to demand others bow down to THEIR holiday only, when there are many other wonderful holidays that occur at this time of year? In fact, the Christians faked Jesuss date of birth so they could take over the others customs and make it theirs... to turn more people on to Christianity with all the partying. What a crock is the only Truth I see in the post below. Take away their customs stolen from others and what they have left are greed, commercials, hatred, gimme gimme intolerant mindset. I grew up in a Christian household. The story of Jesus was beautiful, most of the Christians I used to know were kind and loving. Things have changed or more like I have seen the Truth. I cannot relate to the current hating christians so no longer consider myself one of them. Happy F*ing HOLIDAYS!
