I dont get this notion when people say, Oh, Im not that good at technology. Like that somehow is just a fact about someone like oh, hes not tall enough to reach that. Thats not right. If youre not good at something, then take time to learn about it if you deem that skill necessary. Just saying that you or another person is not good at technology and expecting for others (the rest of the world) to catch you up is not fair and its not justified. To me, people who dont embrace tech are acting like its not important and its so difficult and that it just isnt your thing is all a bunch of BS. Thats like being afraid to try the microwave in the 80s when that was new. Its called being a Luddite and its short-hand for lazy and disinterested. Technology is the fruit of the mental achievement of our time and if you think its just something you dont have to focus on then be prepared to pay people like me for training in the future when youre so far off track that you have no choice but to pay to catch up. End rant.
