I dont go to the gym very often but when I do................................................................................. 4 sets of light extensions to warm-up the knees 4 circuits of leg press, smith machine squats, lunges increasing the weight each circuit. 4 sets of leg press, increasing the weight with each set. 4 sets of free bar squats, again increasing the weight with each set. 4 sets of leg extension leading to a final drop set Had some fun today, was thankful for being international chest Monday as there wasnt a sole in the gym training legs!! Diet come at at me :)!!!
