I dont have pictures but I made a yummy salad the other day that was pretty simple and good for a fresh summery side... I put in this mix of ingredients: Baby cos lettuce Radicchio (its a bit bitter so not too much) Some loose mix of baby spinach leaves and rocket Fresh peas Green beans (cut into smallish pieces ~2cm) Asparagus (cut into smallish pieces ~2cm) Cherry tomatoes (halved) Pine nuts (toasted) I just blanched the asparagus, beans and super quickly the peas (I like them raw) and let them cool before adding them in. Dressing was a bit of olive oil, 1/3 raspberry vinegar to 2/3 white wine vinegar, a teaspoon of dijon mustard, a garlic clove crushed in, salt and pepper all shook up. Add a bit more or less oil for the constancy you like... It was really yum!
