I dont know about you though this month has bought me many BIG challenges and seemingly one after the other to the point of collapse. Somehow to shake me up, rattle my cage and rise to the occasions where in the past I would use distractions and defensive tendencies to avoid whats really going on. At the very same time it has been one of the most beautifully liberating and loving months Ive had. I live in paradise, I greet each sunrise with gratitude and a morning surf, got to spend beautiful time with my love, I am surrounded by the most loving people and community and really loving this life. Call it a mid life crisis, a mid life breakthrough, a glitch in the matrix, just one of those days, call it what you will, yet I know I will look back at this current inner and outer Tsunami as one of the biggest blessings of this short life. Where I used to avoid the deep feelings associated with times like these, where some numb with a myriad of substances or activity, some fight and some even take their own lives, I will welcome it all with this fearless, loving, eternal heart and keep moving forward with all Ive got and then some ! At the same time I surrender Have a beautiful weekend
