I dont know if I am allowed to vent but I need to know that this is not just this case... So apparently i need to finish my criminal justice degree. As a bystander, I was just pretty much seen and told it is ok for someone to use a good 6 inch knife and cut the back of someones head, To bite and take chunks of skin off someones hand as well as verbally say he is going to get someone else next in front of a cop and was allowed?! If there was ANY thing like this in Oregon immediately the male would be taken into custody!!!! I am NOT OKAY WITH THIS JUSTICE SYSTEM HERE IN SILVER SPRINGS!!!! I just WATCHED the police dismiss this like it all never happened!!!! And then proceed to go over to the person who jumped them and literally bullshit with them?! What is this!!!!!!!
