I dont know if I cant speak in English, Write in English , Read in English or listen to words in English . I sat for CPT In JULY 2012 and was told I performed badly and instructed to resit for another test in JANUARY 2013 . I sat for it in January 2013 and was told I performed badly again and had to go through a long duration course starting from January to December . Then , again I was instructed to sit for an exam in January 2014 and this time I dont know how I performed till now cause they on the top could not be bothered to inform us of our result. Frankly speaking I was never informed of the actual result but was always told I performed badly and called to sit for exams . I later understood , this practice was more to fulfill the QUOTA for teachers attendance during the classes rather than to really improve teachers competency. And MILLIONS have been spent on this programme ! Do you think this is going to help a teacher in any way or improve the education system by any means ?
