I dont know if anyone watched the Dispatches programme last night - dreadful! I just wanted to remind all our fabulous supporters that each Branch of the RSPCA is separate from the National RSPCA and our Branch covering Wigan, Leigh and District has to raise very penny of the funds we need to keep running. We would NEVER ring anyone or knock on your door or do a hard sell to anyone. We raise funds through our Charity Shop, our Clinic and through holding events such as the Dog Walk and our Christmas Fair and we rely on YOU our supporters to help where you can - local schools holding bun sales for us, children making loom bands, donations, legacies, people buying our raffle tickets at Christmas. YOUR support makes a difference to local animals and helps keep this Branch afloat - we are VERY grateful for your help. Best wishes. Lisa x
