I dont know if anyone will see this or read this but I am going to go on a limb here….Im going to take a second to do what I rarely ever do and that is put my feelings out there on my business Facebook page. I can recall one other time I did this and it was when my autistic nephew smiled for Santa photos last year! I am going to do it again now...I promise if you watch this video it will not be a wasted 3:19 seconds of your life. Living and doing what I do, I can face critique, criticism, negativity, but I can also experience kindness, awesomeness, and love. It is through this fabulousness, I have learned to pay it forward daily! This video was so special for so many reasons but the entire time I thought of my children. My daughter particularly. She is such a beautiful soul and lives life equally on a daily basis. (Dont get me wrong we have our preteen struggles), but to have been a part of her journey. To teach her that life isnt about popularity, or making sure that you have EVERYTHING you want. I get to be a part of teaching my children that they have everything they need first, and then they can be grateful that the rest is just a bonus! This video was so sweet and knowing that my daughter has this heart to share her time on the playground, or her toys with the less fortunate or her clothes she has outgrown with friends that may not be able to afford shoes. I LOVE that my daughter is this true color. I pray daily that my little man will grow up and learn the same exact lessons she has in her extra 6 years, and always put EVERYONE equal. That one kind gesture is such a beautiful thing-and as a parent swells my heart with love and pride knowing that she gets it. They get it. I didnt grow up with money or did I ever have a sense of entitlement. I remember the first pair of addidas I ever owned came from a Goodwill and I was thrilled they just fit and didnt have holes. I grew up with the salvation army delivering food on my doorstep at thanksgiving. I will NEVER forget these hard times and will forever pray my children will never be that bully and will always count their blessings! I cant wait for our gratitude tree in November which we fill daily on an empty tree branch. By the end of the month the tree is covered in beautiful leaves filled with things my family is grateful for. Today I challenge you to be that change that is needed. Dont complain about the bad or the person behind you that is impatient. Be the bigger person today and be grateful for all that you have! Because you are BEAUTIFUL and capable of being that TRUE COLOR! Always, Always be the better person! Now go watch this sweet video and I will get back to work. :) HUGS! quickmeme/news/?p=4087
