I dont know if you can thumb your nose at these achievements: a brave BIR, a respected Ombudslady, a working audit commission, a more independent Supreme Court, an internationally recognized economy, an improved armed forces, a brave foreign policy against bullies, an administration learning fast from mistakes, a system that can put the enriles and bong revillas in jail, and all those despite Yolandas, rubys, and the Binay Broadcasting Corporation and his paid allies in the printed media.
