I dont know that theres much else I like more than negotiating in Real Estate. Doing as much business as we do, we know the agents, the lenders, and when the multiple bid gets real tight, we can really advise our client at a high level. (There is no way selling by owner can touch that. We just put a minimum of $5000 back in this sellers pocket) Just sold another over asking price. Very few can deliver at this level. When looking for an agent - dont pick the one that cuts his commission to get your business... How would you feel about hiring a negotiator for yourself that you just out-negotiated? #hirethebest #negotiating #whatarush
