I dont know what its called or even if its already a recipe but its DELICIOUS!!! Ingredients... 1xwhole cooked chook pulled apart vegetables- broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, grated carrot, mushrooms, corn, peas and beans (only because its for my kids, so you can add whatever veg suits you) 1 large onion 2 cloves of garlic Pk of diced bacon French onion soup 1 chicken stock cube, crushed and sprinkled over top Salt & Pepper 1litre veg stock COOKED ON HIGH FOR 6hrs, then right before I served I added one big scoop of sour cream & corn flour/water mix to thicken it. Served on bed of rice :) Kids LOVE LOVE LOVED it!!
