I dont know what to do with America. Unarmed teens are being murdered because they have dark skin, turning Fergusen, Missouri into a police state. Gay kids continue to commit suicide for fear of bullying. Women are being raped and men continue to ask, Arent you exaggerating? Trans people are knifed and beaten on Subways in Atlanta while people watch. And all this information and more is being blasted at us at 150,000 miles an hour with trolls and activists and socialites blasting each other on the web instead of acting. My advice? Ask yourself where you came from, how it contributes to this hate and ( )ism and injustice, and do what you can to end it. And above all, these few things: 1. Listen 2. Respect 3. Understand Everyone, no matter what their background, but especially those in privileged positions, can change the course of history, and help. The system isnt working. Change it. Now if youll excuse me, I need to eat ice cream and cry for a while.
