I dont know what to say. If a cop. ANY cop. Crooked OR Honorable. Asks you to do something do it. Press charges later. But he asked to speak with command and legally they have to call for command. They pulled the gun because he went into a bag and they didnt know what he could be pulling out. The window thing was ridiculous. They could have killed the guy and could have injured the kids in the back seat. If this was a ticket for no seat belt this is uncalled for. But seriously. If you suspect the cop youre dealing with is demonstrating unjustified actions... Dont do/say anything. Record it. Call a lawyer. Do not resist, talk smack, attack (verbally or physically) them. If you have children remember depending on what they decide to charge you for, your action can cost you your kids. Be careful.
