I dont know whether to laugh or just shake my head on this one....Im on my way home from work tonight and take the usual left onto 9th street in Chester to get on the bridge. There is a water dept crew repairing a water main and they have a flagman in the street. He turns the STOP side of the sign towards me , so I stop. Apparently , the people behind me didnt get the message and plow into the back of me. I calmly put my car in park , and proceed to get out. They back up about 10 feet , Im assuming to see the damage. I get out and start walking back towards them , and they start backing up more. Now the jig is up and I start running towards them and they start flooring it in reverse. They backed up all the way to Engle St and did an FBI 180 and hauled ass. I can only assume A: the car was stolen B: they had no insurance or C: I must be intimidating looking. just for the record , there were at least 3 of them , it was in Chester , and I am white....at least a little bit..... smdh...
