I dont know why I read the Sarnia Paper, especially the remarks on the items. What a stupid bunch of asses, remarks like are you sure, well it could be but it wasnt my God, now they are fighting over whether the Sarnia Police have any jurisdiction outside of Sarnia, NO STUPID, MAKE A RUN FOR THE BORDER THEY HAVE TO SLAM ON THE BRAKES AT THE TOWN LIMITS. YOU ARE FREE LIKE A FKN BIRD!! Certainly they do, they are sworn in as a Constable in and for the Province of Ontario, step into Quebec, you are out of bounds. Professional standards dictate that if in another jurisdiction you get their assistance, only makes common sense.
