I dont know why many people still have this wrong concept of whats being an Octoberian graduate (Novemberian in IIT) is . I am a graduating student this coming Mid-Year graduation for the 44th Commencement Exercises of MSU-IIT. We had our Pre-employment seminar just this afternoon (October 30,2013). The first speaker whom I know all graduating students know who she is during the event, indirectly quote this kinsa akong mga na estudyante dri sa english? (only one raised im not sure), she added, wala? mga bright jud akong studyante kai sa march mu graduate not october. with all respect maam all graduates of MSU-IIT will never be determined based on their intellectual capacity on the month that they will graduate. YOU SHOULD HAVE BEEN SENSITIVE NOT TO INDIRECTLY STATE differentiation that actually opens a bad view point for those who are out of that barrel. YOU DONT KNOW EACH STORY AND STRUGGLES WE HAVE FACED FROM THE PAST SEMESTERS, YOU HAVE NO SINGLE IDEA ON HOW WE DEALT WITH IT AND AND IN THE END FOUGHT A GOOD FIGHT. WE HAVE honor students also this Mid-year, we highly respect you and so, age will never be a question not to pay back the respect that was given to you. WE ARE PROUD THAT WE HAVE SURVIVED and never lose our commitment to excellence to our institution and giving it back to the community. To those who still have the wrong concept of what an octoberian is, you know the name, but never the story. We are not less of what a March graduate is, we have the same institution, same quality of education and same grounds of training. The real battle begins on the employment chapter. NO MARCHian or OCTOBERian its about how you package yourself to land a job. #proudnovemberian #cumlaude
