I dont like race at all as it applies to people I think it should be abolished. Perhaps I am however a Racist because I look at features of black people and I see beauty, I see art and I love myself. I wish that I could find this very interesting study of skin color published by a well respected college I read last year but I cannot seem to track it down [what a brain injury does to memory. smh] I remember a few points though that there was so many million or billion identical chemical strands that make up a human being and out of all of those less than two differ and that accounts for skin color. They told of this interesting history: mans creation being in Africa and during the cross over into Europe one girl caught a germ a pigment mutation that spread like wild flower and in this space between all of Africa and all of Europe called caucus [I think] a collection of pale people continued to multiply and reproduce. This region is still the the Caucus mountain region, to be from this region is to be Caucasian. the interesting thing is if you google people in this region they do appear to identical features of the African with just pale skin, but clearly they would be defined as white people. You compare that with the story of the girl who caught vitiligo* in grammar school and became completely pale by her early 20s and what doctors told her family about this disease and you have to at least wonder if there is not truth in what this college says it has scientifically proven. Then however you have to contrast that with so-called Scientific Racism Which is not scientific at all, but does off top leave you with the question: how did these people become pale skinned? one of the main architects Christoph is saying humans are Two things; beautiful or ugly and this is Race. That white skin is beautiful, delicate, sensitive and Smart. That dirty white is the people from caucus and the darker the skin the more ugly, tougher skinned, unintelligent race you belong to. So off top its like clearly this is someone who is compensating, likely in the minority, and in these times would not be making such silly talk except but to survive and possibly Devy up control of land. There are many Russians where I live and I always wondered why they tend to have much paler skin than American white people yet some how their skin tone and features seem much closer to mine as a Black American than a White people born in the same region as me and this is the journey it took me on. Kind of adds up... Maybe... Food for thought??? N.T.Way. Let me get off the Internet and out the door. (lol)
