If you HAVE to surrender a pet and have tried every avenue to keep or find a SAFE, STABLE and LOVING home for them then go to a no-kill shelter or a pet store that rehomes animals. If you are sure you want an addition to your family, go to your local pound and adopt. You can save that animal from a terrible death.
