I dont like when people use facebook to brag about things. Especially material things. Ive learned a long time ago that what truly matters in life can not be bought. Ive truly been blessed with one of those things and that is Love. On this day several years ago God sent me a very special gift by the name of Kevin L. Smith. This man has truly been my rock. He has literally brought me out of the depths of sadness and dispair and into a place of Joy, Hope and Peace. Hes the type of man that says Good Morning Beautiful even when my hair is sticking up all over my head and the mirror is running away from me. Hes the type of man that will come home from work and cook my favorite meal just because he knows Im not feeling good or had a bad day. Hes the type of man that will paint the same room 3 times in the same day just because I dont like the color. He the type of man that listens to me talk about my dreams endlessly and actually believes that I will achieve them. Do you know we prayed together over the phone yesterday? Do you know he hasnt missed a daddy/daughter Saturday since Amari was 4? Yep! I have a good man. I know I said I dont like bragging but good men just dont get enough recognition. So, Im recognizing mine today. I love you Kevin!
