I dont mean to sound negative...or spark an eternal debate, but last night, at a bar where there is normally live music on weekends, I witnessed this: two girls, both seated, singing lyrics off a music stand to Karaoke tracks they played off an iPod. They sounded fine, and great for them getting a gig, I just feel like Live Music implies, I dunno, an instrument. And a shaker doesnt count.
