I dont normally blow of steam via Facebook but I have got to ask.... Does anyone else have the constant issue with Cox Internet billing dropping the auto paymentsI freaking hate them right now!!! This is like the 15th time, not exaggerating, that they have dropped our auto payment method and that then results in our internet shut off, its a damn pain in the ass and I can not fathom how they can be so incompetent and constantly make this mistake. And the fact that every time the internet connect is shut off Im unable to call their customer service because its after hours....
