I dont normally post about my job, but today a gentleman came in to personally thank me for resolving a situation he had been dealing with for a while. He said to me, you wont accept a gift but how about a card. I graciously said thank you and he smiled and walked away. In his card, among other sweet things he said, he wrote...its because of people like you that care about people like me that make me want to turn my life around and do good! I fought back tears as a couple of my employees watched me read it. I showed it to them and told them, THIS is why I love my job and work hard at it! I have never said this out loud, but I will today. I am a CA. STATE DMV employee and damn proud of it!! Night yall!
