I dont normally post on Facebook but I feel compelled to do so this morning after watching the reactions of some people during the Ravens-Steelers game last night.... I find it flat out disgusting that ANYONE would support that poor excuse for a man - Ray Rice. He is the definition of a coward and a scumbag and no he does not deserve a 2nd chance in the NFL. When you sign up to be a public figure you have a higher calling then just playing the sport, you are a role model and when you perform an act as agregious as he did you dont deserve to ever be in the public eye again. He hit that woman so hard (2 times) that she bounced off of the railing of the elevator and was knocked out, then to degrade her even more - he drags her listless body out into the lobby of the hotel and stands over her. This man is a complete embarassment to men. And as for his now wife - I would say this - dont believe everything she says, no one knows what she was threatened to say or not say - remember thousands of woman live in an abusive relationship and blame themselves for it which is so wrong. For those of you out there that are defending this man I will ask you to do this. Picture this woman as your daughter - and you watching this on the TV seeing her get blasted by a fist from a piece of shit man and watching her get dragged out. Then get your ass out there on TV, put your arm around that same man with your daughter on the other side of you with her black eye, swollen lip and destroyed self esteem and make the statement, This man deserves a second chance, he is a good man, we should not judge. Oh hell no - it would never happen - because coming from a man with a little girl - I would gladly spend the rest of my life in prison for beating this loser to an inch of his life. His second chance would be learning to walk again. There are good men out there ladies - this is not one of them and dont ever think you need to put up with a man hitting you - you are better then that and its not your fault.
