I dont often ask for help, but I need some now. For those who dont know I had polio when I was a kid and now have post-polio syndrome, a neurological condition that causes progressive muscular degeneration. My future in a wheelchair is pretty much guaranteed. Rather than worry about buying a vehicle, paying taxes and farting around with licenses and such Ive found a viable, less expensive option that would enable me to run errands and become more independent. Ive been homebound for over 5 years and the walls are beginning to close in.
