I dont often notice small inconsistencies in movies. But during Interstellar, when Cooper is sitting with Murph before he leaves, his watch shows 9:00. When he pulls out another watch and holds it next to the one on his wrist, they both have the same time - something around 8:00, as I recall. Oops. Seems like things that surround important plot points should maybe be watched (so to speak) a little closer. :)
