I dont really post too much on here anymore, except for various stuff. So, a various update post. Im still working two jobs. Please understand that Im working up to 50-ish hours a week. I dont see this changing in the foreseeable future. As such, my free time is pretty limited. I will freely admit to the fact Im a severe introvert and I have spending much of this free time on personal projects and decompression time. I really dont mean to ignore folks. Im not sure if anyones been doing any hanging out/gatherings/whatnot, but I just really havent been that social. Theres a few close friends Ive been hanging out with from time to time, but Im getting used to this new schedule. I dont mean to ignore or snub anybody; I guess thats just the way I work at this point? Point being: I dont really contact people out of the blue. I know it sounds one-sided, but if you want to contact me, feel free. Ill take the time to respond, I promise. Ive been a little vague about this, but the whole no-dating thing is still in major full effect. Ill admit I was kinda talking to someone, but that fell flat. No worries. However, Im working to this extent. I have two project cars and a computer Im still putting the finishing touches on. I want to get my house in order(which it still isnt despite being back here over a year). Im making inroads to starting my own business. My free time is limited, and I would rather not waste it with dating. I dont have the time and patience for mind games and competing for someones attention. Compared to what I need/want to do, its a sheer waste. Now, onto the fun stuff. The BMW needs only minimal work to be pretty much ready again. The window regulator was replaced today. Now its onto an oil leak that needs to be tackled, steering wheel slipring, spark plugs, fog light, and a few minor cosmetic things. The Audi hasnt really been touched. Ill concentrate on polishing off the computer first before really cranking down on it. At the least it needs new boost hoses, spark plugs, possibly ignition components, suspension, some minor drivetrain components, and some other miscellaneous stuff. Itll be a rolling project, but as of now the 540i gets put into daily duties. The computer is pretty much finished, but Im looking for a few more things to flesh it out. A set of quiet case fans, an additional USB3 header card to utilize the case ports, a SATA card in order to have additional hard drive expansion, and possibly a better power supply since the one I have might be borderline with this build. Other than that one more monitor and maybe a 5.1 surround sound setup and itll be neigh near perfect. So, thats most of whats going on in my world at this time.
