I dont think you understand the role of presuppositions in the human cognitive process. The presence of similar cells in animals is no I am sure its a case of evolution proof. The evolutionist is simply filtering empirical data through his philosophical mental lens. The similarity could just as easily be attributed to a *progressive design paradigm* and not evolution. If a creature from another planet visited Earth and observed an outhouse (four walls, a roof, and a door) and also a house (walls, roof, and doors), he might theorize that the outhouse evolved into the house by some process over eons of time. But he might also reasonably theorize that whoever constructed the outhouse had a hand (aka mind/design) in the building the house as well.
