I dont understand how our politicians can accept the "we need to strengthen the civilian govt" thing. It is a classic good cop - bad cop thing right? Pak army plays bad cop to beat India, Pak politicians playing good cop trying to act smart saying it was done by non state actors. From Zulfikar ali bhutto begging Indria Gandhi not to harsh on Pakistan after 1971 or he may killed when he returns to Pakistan, to his daughter Benazir Bhutto, to Nawaz Shariff, past history is example for this behavior. This situation can be summarized in two sentences. Those who cannot learn from history are doomed to repeat it. Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.
