I dont understand why the concept of God is so difficult to accept. It presents a convenient answer for some really difficult questions. For example, what caused the big bang? Naturalism just isnt a satisfactory model for many, many earthly phenomenon. I spend my entire life manipulating electrons. I build circuits, use computers, they are quite literally my playthings and have defined my career. Ive never seen an electron, nor seen any direct evidence of their existence. I have seen the results and tangible physical evidence, and Ive been told about them and studied their effects... But Ive never seen an electron. How can I predicate my entire life on the existence of a particle which is too small for me to perceive? Does this sound like a good, rational plan of action? Maybe I should sit around in disbelief of all the apparent magic and wizardry that we can accomplish with electricity, just because I cant personally verify their existence.
