I dont usually play these nomination games.. Thanks Sarah Milne haha. However; breast cancer awareness is something I feel very strongly about! Some very amazing women I know are currently walking this horrible and challenging road.. And many of us will be affected by this yucky disease (either directly or indirectly) at some point in our lives. By all means ladies post a no makeup selfie.. Raising awareness is a great thing! And most definitely donate to such a worthy and important cause!! But MOST importantly.. Get to know your breasts!!!! Feel them on a regular basis... If you know them like the back of your hand you are much more likely to notice when something isnt quite right! Dont forget..... Breast cancer affects young women too.. Women my age!!! And most often with more devastating outcomes! Im not going to nominate anybody.. Just encourage you ALL to do regular checks!! Off you go.. Feel your lady lumps!! Xxx
