I dont usually publicly complain about customer service but today I am. I made an appointment to get my car detailed with Super Car Wash Systems TWO WEEKS ago (Group On) because that was the soonest appointment available. I get there and a gentleman who barely spoke English told me that Im not on the list and they have a full schedule and cannot get me in. After arguing for 10 minutes and showing him that the name ABOVE mine was crossed out and Im on the schedule, I leave in a tizzy. I call the owner who owns 10 locations (the man I spoke to was acting manager of the Commerce location because the regular manager was out for the birth of his child). They can get me in whenever its convenient for me EXCEPT today. He said that this hasnt happened before but someone messed up and he apologized. I can drop my car off tonight and theyll get me in whenever its good for me. Am I the only one who sees a problem with this? I believe the owner is genuinely sorry, however, I rearranged this week to accommodate this appointment. I think I need to get my money back from Group On. Opinions?
