I dont wanna get off on a rant here but lets get this straight. There is no amount you HAVE to tip. Tipping is based on your service. I see people post how they live on tips and people tip so bad, and those people...are the worst bartenders I know. You want good tips, fine...provide good service. Im in the bar industry. I see people suck at their jobs everyday. I see the best too. I know people who are great at their job, and you know what...they never post about bad tipping on Facebook, hmmm. I get that you make $2.00/hr. MY job doesnt have to pay me above min wage either, but they do...because I provide a service to them. If Im not good at it, id be fired. So stop complaining, do your job well...and get a good tip. I get it, some people are assholes and dont tip. On the same note, some people tip very well no matter what...so it evens out. Thats just my opinion, I could be wrong.
