I dont want to be posting negative stuff on facebook, but I need to vent about the horrible service Ive put up with at the Ramada Worldwide (st Johns location). We booked some rooms in early march at the Ramada St Johns as we have done many times in the past. On March 27th we had to cancelled the booking and all was fine until April 28th when we got a $500+ charge on our credit card from the Ramada. We didnt think much of it and figured it would be cleared up with a phone call. Paul called in and got a very unhelpful and rude receptionist that told him that we didnt cancel and that there was nothing they could do for us. Paul ask to speak to the manager (Greg Fleming) but he was on vacation till the fallowing week so he (Paul) left his info and asked for the manager (Greg) to call him when he gets back to the office. Heres where it starts to get me angry. Greg never returns the call. So we call in 2-3 times a week to speak to Greg but hes always busy and never returns the calls. This has been going on ever since the 28th of april. They took our money, told us we were at fault, and now wont even answer or return our phone calls. Even if we didnt cancel the room this customer service is enough to make me never book a room with them again... and as you guys knows we book a lot of hotel rooms. I tagged the Ramada on this post in hopes that someone that out ranks Greg will see this and help shed some light on why old Greg is too busy to return a phone call. Even if they cant return my money, they could return a phone call.
