I take a prenatal vitamin, a probiotic, a calcium + vit d, and a biotin (vit b) everyday, My 16 wk old is plumping up great, but her pediatrician told me that I should be giving her infant multivitamins everyday because shes not getting all the extra nutrition she would be getting if she was on formula.
