I enjoyed todays workshop because we got to read a bit of text that I am unfamiliar with. Henry V. We took the piece of text (picture attached) and analysed it and broke it up into sounds. Then we were told to find the onomatopoeias and explore rhythm and metaphors and using it to tell a story. Also we were looking at iambic pentameters (its hard to explain if you dont know, so just go on an online dictionary 😆) Not a very long diary today, hope you dont mind 😉 Me and mum, (dont forget great uncle John) finished the day with a meal at Pizza Express (preparing for Italy 🇮🇹🍕🍦🍝) and a performance of Two Gentlemen Of Verona in a modern style (possibly 1950s) Tomorrows workshop is the last of my course and is Creating A Scene.
