I expected my Vitamix to be a useful work-horse that I would use everyday. But, there have been a few unexpected changes around here: I now need an entire shelf of freezer space exclusively to flash-freeze fruits and veggies (bananas everyday, for real). I now include denture-cleaner in my recurring shopping list (now that I can locate it in the store). I now stealthily remove uneaten fruits from friends plates at places like Panera and slip them into my purse to be used in a smoothie later (is this creepy? Maybe). Ha! Anyone have a different suprising VM effect?
