I feel as though all my energy has been slowly diminished throughout the day and now Im more then spent! It makes you realise how draining, Leech like and exhausting people can be and how much your environment and the people around you can effect you mentally but physically aswel! Its tougher when your an emotionally open and expressive person to not let these people keep taking from your energy source because it is in your nature to sympathize, nurture and take on others needs and wants in a heart beat. I awlays find myself stressing about others and their lives that I never sit back to assess my own and as the years pass I find myself falling further behind and more detached from myself.
