I feel bad for just unfriending someone on Facebook but I could not take the shallow comments any longer. I can take different opinions especially political views but someone well over 30 that posts negative comments on the appearance of strangers including overweight lady getting exercise by dog walking and a man wearing bicycle clothing in a park that looks an awful lot like Sand Island right off the rail-trail (bicycle path) is pretty shallow. Those that knew me for a long time know I was once a half decent athlete that trained next to elites. The true athletes did not make fun of unfit people trying to improve. I know I am a flawed person but if I ever sound flat out mean I sure hope someone calls me on it.
