I feel for the guy but there are a few things to notice here. 1st if here were black the would have busted him up. They would have sat on his head or maybe a choke hold. 2nd when they tasered him and it did not work they would have shot his ass, as he ran then claim he was on something thats why the taser did not work which authorized the to shoot. They did not call back up and they did not swarm him like seems to be the was they do minorities these days, which each arriving cop jumping in with punches, kicks, and baton hits. The legal part is the cops never gave a reason for trying to arrest him, whiched he asked several times. The funny part is he got up, got away and ran, leaving the cops looking like dumb asses.
