I feel kind of dumb when someone says they are from Namibia, and I am like, "huh?!" Then I learn it is a country, and think to myself that it must be tiny! Then I learn that it covers an area that is bigger than combining all of Israel, Syria, Belize, Haiti, Belgium, Taiwan, Netherlands, Switzerland, Ireland, Panama, Austria, Portugal, and Cuba! It is bigger than France or Spain, or Japan, or Germany, or Italy, or Norway, or the United Kingdom. Actually, it is bigger than every state in the USA other than Alaska! I feel bad for not knowing more about the world I live in.
