I feel like I am spinning out of control!! The last few days have been crazy. To start our daughter received an email from the housing department, asking 100 upperclass men to give up their dorms, since there was not enough space for incoming freshman. I believe it was stated that if they didnt get enough volunteers, there was a chance they were going to just unassigning rooms. So she decided to give up her room and was able to get an apartment at the Venue with a close friend of hers under a sublease. We drove out to tampa on Tuesday to sign all the paperwork, and cancel her housing agreement. Now that we had already purchased all sheets and stuff for a twin xl, we had to return everything and now buy for a full bed. We thought we had another 2 weeks with her, but now she will be leaving in less than a week. :( She will be moving in on the 15th after her nursing orientation and we will be back in tampa on the 16th with her stuff. So the morale of this rant, even with all the best planning things can change in a minute and just remember to go with the flow and everything will work it self out somehow.
