I feel like Im finally turning the corner. Blessed to have had my Mom for 43 years and even more grateful to have her looking over me for the rest of mine. Things are getting easier.... and my mean streak is coming back in the gym. Trained my best bud Mike ManofSteel Gray yesterday and toyed with 6 plate a side incline presses. Feeling strong upstairs and the body is following. I just needed a shoulder to fall on and a good kick in the ass. Was fortunate enough to be signed by a major supplement sponsor yesterday. Ill let the cat out of the bag tomorrow. Very pleased and very humbled that someone has put faith in my abilities. Perhaps its not what Im able to do.. (as Im not gifted and genetically advanced like some)...but perhaps it what I represent. Perhaps amateur bodybuilding needs someone that bases their lives on respect and honor. Lynn and I have had an open door policy at our home since we married. If youre in trouble and need help show up at our door. Youll have a hot meal and a bed for as long as you need until youre sorted out. Weve had a few people show up unannounced. Never anyone turned away.. The sport is volatile enough. Lets not make it any worse by the garbage trash talking and BS. At the end of the day we all bleed red anyway...so whats the point ?? Exactly. Comraderie. Gray vs. Demers onstage....playful...respectful...and fun to watch. We all know there is a winner. That is the ultimate goal. How you act getting there and after you have arrived is what defines you. Now I shall STFU. Love you all.....
