I feel like every time I go to the grocery store I run into somebody I havent seen in a long time and dont really care to either but I tolerate the whole How have you been?! Whatve you been up to?!? Hit me up sometime!! conversation and keep it moving. Today I didnt feel like it, so walking in spotting somebody I made a quick step to the right and took off down the nearest aisle. I look back to make sure Im in the clear and when I turn back in nose to nose with somebody else I dont want to talk to. Somebody I want to talk to even less than the first. If thats not bad enough now Im in the feminine hygiene aisle looking extra creepy. Let that be a lesson that sometimes your better off just facing your problems before they turn into something worse. But me being the quick thinker I am wasnt ready to take a Loss that easily. So as they went to ask me how Ive been I grabbed the closest box of tampons, blurted out sorry my dog just got its period! and took off. It was the best I could come up with on the spot. Which brings me to my second point: sometimes your best just isnt good enough.
