I feel like this is hoax or very well played out. First off who recorded the video? Second most cops try and apprehend video footage when its happening. This is edited to boot. With the recent sting or black kids being killed in cold blood or shot 4 or 5 times vs this idk i feel like this is just propaganda or set up to ease the devide of racial warfare. Just a observation though. Not o mention anyone calling in or appealing to get the charges dropped should know how the court system works. If he had bail money he likely has the money to get a lawer also or could come up with it himself.
