I feel so lost and confused tonight............ right now life sucks and I dont know where to go from here in my mind and heart. I found my one and only true love 25 years ago and today it all went away. I dont know what to do or think. I feel so heartbroken and alone tonight laying in my bed. my brain is rushing 100 mph and wont stop because my heart is breaking every second and I dont know how to fix it or the problems in my life. I have had my heart broke so many times in the past that it has not been whole in a very long time. it just hurts so much. im not sure how to heal a broken heart and make it whole again if it was whole again I could be a better person. how do you fix a broken heart?? I wish it was whole again. I know because its broken that its hard to love and trust 100% again but I want t to be whole again!!!!
