I feel sorry for Learner drivers going for their licence nowadays. Apparently someone thought it is a good idea to reduce the tolerance for speeding during your test from 3km/h to 1km/h. God forbid someone is actually paying attention to their surroundings during their test and might by chance pick up some sort of momentum by oh i dont know driving on a slight slope. If they are that strict with speeding why not ban all cars made before 2007 where their speedometers had an inaccuracy of +/- 10%. Solution: drive at 5km/h below the speed limit until they introduce a new rule that if you drive too slow youll get marked down for impeding traffic. On a lighter note, mum made lasagne tonight.
