I feel the need to share this again because I dont know if my family and friends really understand how serious this is!!!! need to share this with my FB family! This was my wake up call! I did insanity 3 times since 2011 and had great results! Problem is I alway gained the weight back! ALWAYS! In March I was going to pick up a prescription and as I walked in they were screening for diabetes so I decided to get checked. My sugar was great, my cholesterol wasnt great at all. I was at 282 and I really didnt know what that meant so I asked a lot of Questions to people who could give me the answers. I immediately set myself up with a physical from my DR. my results took about 2 weeks to come back to me. He called me and said I was 262 and my bad cholesterol was really high and he asked me did I want meds or try to do it without the meds. My aunt who has been a nurse for almost 30 yrs. called me previously and said the meds will make you feel bad, so I told him I will do it on my own. Now, as I started working out I meet someone at the gym who told me he had five heart attacks with the same cholesterol I had and I was scared. I felt like a dead man walking. Now little did I know my DR. who was a young man, 2 weeks later after telling me about my results, my Dr. while driving to Slidell, had a heart attack and Passed away. So, understand, we have to take our health very serious because you never know the damage that you can be doing to your body. NEWS my last checkup my cholesterol dropped 60 points and she told me, more exercise please and thats what Im committed to. PLEASE, DONT WEIGHT TO TAKE YOUR HEALTH SERIOUSLY LIKE I WAS DOING. Have a regular routine and something that you have to commit to. Thanks for listening GOD BLESS YOU ALL
