I feel the same way and even more so when it comes to school age children ! They spend 9 hrs to and from / at school. come home to an hour or more of home work. eat a meal with family = 1 hr . shower =1 hr . they need 10 hrs of sleep .Now , if they manage to NOT brush their teeth , poop/pee , clean their room..ect ( as good parent we cant let that happen ) they get a whopping 3 hrs to be a child!! If they had P.E. and recess at school still I would not be so upset. but these thing have practically gone extinct .
