I feel very lonely today. Two people( Kababayans) whom i have been helping in my own little way have passed away both for illness.Both female and still young. They would have accomplished something had they been given the chance to live longer.. One a cancer patient RE: Maridith N. Tomenio a.k.a. Gig2 . .. . . she was not able to submit for Chemo Therapy for financial constraints. When she was still young and HEALTHY, she was a batos of a known local powerful politician.Financial assistance from our office DSWD was released a bit late because of the delayed submission of the needed Social Case Study Report from the municipal Social Worker. The other case was in need of blood transfusion .RE: Lisa Cecista Bianes ...financial assistance extended from our office was bit late for some procedural lapses. Supposedly, it was for payment to the blood donor because blood donors nowadays has to be paid. Again for for financial constraints she was not able to make it but she was able to leave her replacement . . . she successfully delivered her baby. As a Social Worker by profession, i feel so disgusted situations like this is happening. . So many of my Kababayans coming to Tacloban City for medication are not able to get quality health services for lack of guidance . . . calling the Social Worker in San Poli to do your work. Please be neutral. If people requests you for Social Case study Report because Hospital and other agencies need it, give it to them . . . dont ask permission from any body else because you are mandated by the government to do that task - - - you are an employee of the Government and not by a specific person because They too are only employees of the Phil. government. Ayaw IKAHALOD it pagrecommend for free hospitalization, or financial assistance from from PCSO or DSWD . . . anybody who deserves for referral please do it . . . its only referral, after all its not charge to the municipal government . . . remember, one of a Social Workers Credo is Political Neutrality . . kailanagan walang kinikilingan.. . . .you are there to serve the people and not the whims and caprices of anybody else . . .
